What is the background for the template?
The author of the template created the Disaster Recovery Business Continuity plan which Merryll Lynch had to use on 9/11. They only lost 40 seconds of transactions because of the process and procedures that were put in place. This template includes all of the experiences and knowledge of the author and his associates.
How quickly can the the template be implemented?
Some of our clients have implemented the template in less that two week. Typically it takes six to eight weeks to implement it when the project is given a high priority. Included with the template is detail work plan lisiting the steps that need to be taken to complete the process.
What comes with the template?
The template, as with all of our products, is downloaded from our site after payment is processed and comes as a self extracting zip file. The file defaults to the location of C:\Janco for it output. Inclued are:

What format is the template delivered?
The template is via a download once payment is processed. The file that is delivered is a self extracting zip file which contains WORD 2003, WORD 2007, PDF, EXCEL 2003, and EXCEL 2007 files. The pdf file can be read by using a free adobe reader (see www.Adobe.com) and we assume that you have a license for Microsoft Office 2003 or 2007.
