Microsoft Flops and Loses Another 7% of its Browser
Market Share in 12 Months - Vista Still only used by less than 15% of all
users......
The Browser and Operating System Market Share White Paper has just
been released by the IT Productivity Center
Park City,
UT –
Janco has found the Firefox has lost some market share in
the last three months. Victor Janulaitis, the CEO of Janco said, “With
the demise of Netscape and the release of Vista Service Pack 1 users
have not jumped on the Microsoft bandwagon.”

Browser and OS Market Share White Paper are:

Firefox’s market share now is 18.94% versus
16.30% in
August 2007

IE’s market share is 58.50% versus 65.48% in
August 2007
-
Netscape’s market share has remained at the same
level (11.63%) as before the announcement that it would no longer be
supported.

Google Desktop is gaining in popularity and now
commands 4.01% of the market
-
Microsoft’s Vista continues to have a slow acceptance
and is on approximately 14.94% of internet connected desktops.

business and enterprise users who browse the Internet.
